Seller (artist): Nathalie Grenier Buyer: any natural person who wishes to buy a work offered for sale on the site nathaliegrenierartiste.com. The sale of works is open to persons having the legal capacity to contract under the applicable law.Work: any work of art presented on the site nathaliegrenierartiste.com
All prices are in Canadian dollars ($ CA).all prices include taxes.customs fees are at the charge of the buyer.
The buyer can pay using PayPal, a credit card or a gift card purchased on the site.the banking data (credit card) are encrypted during the transaction (SSL technology).
The works of art sent are not framed. They will be packaged to protect them during transport.Delivery will be made to the address indicated on the order form.The processing time of the order varies from 3 to 5 working days.The cost of shipping to Canada is included in the price. For other destinations, the cost of shipping will be added to the price of the work indicated on the product sheet.It is possible to pick up a work at the artist’s studio.The buyer will be able to follow his parcel with the help of a tracking number that the seller will send him by email.The respect of the delivery time and the preservation of the work during the delivery depend on the carrier. Therefore, no claim for compensation, of any kind, can be claimed by the buyer Chantal Proulx in case of delayed delivery or failure to deliver.
Return and refund
In the event that the artwork is damaged during transport, it is possible to return the artwork to the seller. The buyer must contact the seller within 3 days after receipt. The return must be made within 7 days after receipt. The cost of the artwork as well as the initial shipping costs will be reimbursed to the buyer upon receipt of the artwork. The work must be returned in its original packaging with the accompanying certificate of authenticity.
The artist remains the owner of the copyright. All the elements appearing on the site are protected by the copyright, right of the marks and any other right of the intellectual property. The purchaser cannot in any case use, copy, reproduce, modify or denature the work or its elements, including on Internet, without the written and preliminary authorization of the artist.
